I did pedals for $80 off of ebay. They are hamann replicas and have been on there forever with no problems.

I changed out my interior trim. From ZCP aluminum trim to high-gloss black trim.

does the aluminum trim (non-ZCP cube-style) also come with aluminum on the shift knob? i have gloss black (looks like cosmos black or sapphire black) and its also on my shift knob...?

Thats a good question...I dont know, I have SMG, and I believe they are all the same shift knob.

The same as these except they say haman. Also I got the dead pedal with mine. They are great compared to the stock ones which my foot kept on slipping off of. Install on them isnt that bad you just line up the pedal with the new cover and drill the holes and then stick in the bolt and tighten the nut and you are done.

Bought it off a guy who had a 2001, but was changing the trim...it was the steal of the century got all 8 pieces for $100 shipped. It was my very first mod.

I believe I have the titan shadow, and it was bunching up in a couple of spots. Looked like it was film on top of a peice of plastic. Imagine wetting a peice of paper and you'll get the idea of the bunching or crinkling that I was getting.

So, the dealer replaced all trim peices under warranty...total cost $2k

Haha, do you want to make another trade for Titan Shadow? Look nice BTW!

You can put LEDs inside to match your xenons if you have them.

Another mod I like was lighting in the footwells.

HELP!

I might have the opportunity to have the interior peices repainted...how do you get the dash trim pieces off? Also the door handle peices too, I figure if they've got the paint mixed I might as well.

Here ya go. This is the best write up I have found. The dash pieces are easy the door ones not as easy, but not bad.

Sweet...thanks...

I think I'm just gonna have the dash and shift surround painted...leave the doors the way they are. Since they are the dark, I believ titan shadow finish, and my car is steel gray, they should come close to matching. If it winds up looking 'off', I'll get them done later.

Thoughts?

on another note....is the titan shadow a film on top of the trim? I had them replaced because they were 'crinkling'. I'm worried that I should strip the film before having them painted.

If you have some money to burn, look into getting aftermarket seats (such as Recaro Pole Positions) and having them recovered in Alcantara. It looks amazing (take a look at the CSL's interior for an example)
