New here.

I have been searching for quite some time now for a M3. I found a '03 with 22K miles - one owner, clean title and warranties still in tact. I am able to pick it up for 40K. It has premium package, coldweather package, xenons, nav, Harmon Kardon, sunroof, SMG, dual power seats, multi-cd, new michellin pilot sports. Basically it has every option except 19in rims which I would prefer but willing to go without. This is not froma BMW dealership so I had BMW do a pre-buy inspection and it passed with flying colors.

MY question is.... is this a good buy for 40K? I'm not here to fuss over 1K or anything just wondering if I am getting an alright deal.

Secondly, whats the depreciation factor look like on this baby?

Thanks!

Considering all of the options that price seems pretty fair. Depreciation is questionable with the new year just around the corner and the next gen M3 coming out in another year or so.
