Well, where do I start? Pablo from European car came to town to visit me @ ICS. I decided to take Pablo for a ride to show him how steetable the Bumble bee really is. Well after not having any traction in gears 1-4 100+mph burn outs, I decided to do a 5th gear role. I rolled into the throttle around 100mph, as soon as we hit 110-115mph, not only did it blow the tires off the rims, bouncing of the revlimiter, but blew the transmission, stripped all the gears right off the input sfaft. :devillook Bottom line another transmossion was installed immediately there after, I guess its time to start looking for a 6 speed transmission. :evil2

s running a 3.15, stock diff for now,the 6 speed will be on its way soon, and I wish I could have a longer gear than a 2.79. :)

The 2.79 is pretty good, will be even better if you mate it to a 6 speed. :)

My race car will look to make 1400-1500rwhp, in the spring-summer of 2006, and still be street driven. :)

So if you guys break it with that power, and you guys have cars that are 800-900hp Swedish style...and you guys take them on the quarter with slicks still keeping IRS...that means it is possible to get it down the 1320 track without breaking something.:devillook This makes me feel better. :evil2

Tremec gearbox or T56 , custom driveshaft and larger CV-joints and federn-steel wheel driveshafts is the way to go!

Shit, im making nearly 1000rwhp on a 54mm throtte body, if my dyno had a load feature, or if I had a taller gear, it would make the 6 psi, thats missing, and put me well over 1000rwhp mark. :)

I'm working on those few extra hp ;) and I'll have some info to share.

I cant imagine what it felt like when that transmission came apart. CC's wife was right if you two lived closer i dont want to know what you would come up with. I bet it would breakstuff and go really really really fast. Congrats on the insanity and soon to be possibility of 1000whp.

Uhhh no. Go to a big book store (Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc), or a Frys Electronics. I know they will have it for sure. 7-11 isn't gonna have something like this...

It will most likely be a few months before we see the issue. I am hoping it will be on stands by March ish...

First issue will be on the ICS M3 (The "Bee")

Next issue will probably be one of the roadsters
Then CC and another roadster
The span of these 4 cars will be in issues over several months.

I know you guys want the specifics and what not but we made agreements Primedia (controlls 45 car/bike mags) not to disclose anything until the first issue. I have some of the pics on my PC but can't do anything with them becuase of this which sucks. All in all it was a 4 day photo shoot in the cold and snow but still alot of fun. We had used my big a$$ truck as a chase vehicle, Pablo, the photographer hanging out of the bed of the moving truck, while George is doing a 500 ft. burnout in a closed area. Driving around town with people looking at us funny etc....

Sounds awesome, did you guys get any vids or just the mag pics?

dude, woon has over 1400 rwhp on his supra and has run multiple 8.6x's. now i would love to see junior's supra up against woon but the bumble bee doesnt have a chance.....................YET!

Ryan Woon's the hometown hero for me. I've seen that car run in person, it's a monster. And that car weighs 3,550lbs..full interior. He could shave off soo much more weight (and time) if it was gutted.

I think ICS has a while before they can hang with Woon. And they have to keep the drivetrain in one piece also :evil2
