Well what a great Thanksgiving.

Tried to make a trip to N GA yesterday and all I got were these stupid yellow pieces of paper.

So how do I get 5 tickets? Easy. Just go 120 in a 65 zone in the middle of the day during the holiday season. Okay it's more complicated but I don't care to tell a story. Guy in a Ford Fucus screwed around with me then taunted me and I got away from him. Bad choice.

I really dont know, the GA Code says that specific citation is for tires that are not rated for highway use. But really they are just racing slicks now. I bet he meant that I had no tread (40-8-74[e][1]).

What the heck? Mine are rated 149MPH with no markings of that kind.

I think all traffic fines are considered "bonds" b/c in theory you are paying a bond to get out of jail before your trail like any other bond. You simply just foreit your bond when you don't show up for your court date and by doing so you plead guilty to charges at the same time.

Bond is simply a payment to allow you to be out of jail prior to your trial ,and is most cases it is meant to be set high to force you to come to your trial. If you don't come you are guilty and forfeit your bond. If you show up you get it back. On guilty charges that you would recieve jail time that you chose no to show up to court for you are then a fugitive.

That is the way I have always interpreted it, someone correct me if I am wrong.
