i need help stiffening(reduce body roll) my M3, what should i go with? swaybar? x brace? ....?

also, i'd like to drop the hight of my M3(stock 19s), what kindda spring should i go with? i need a conservative drop, nothing too ghetto...is 1 inch good enough? ...also when i install the spring would it make the ride harder? pros cons? ...is it possible to lower the M3 while keeping the same suspension setting?(i dont mind if it gets harder a little bit)

...sorry i'm cluless when it comes to suspension! ;0

thanks!

My best recomendation to you is to go to www.turnermotorsport.com. Check out the Bilstein PSS9. It's a fulyl adjustable coil over suspension system that will allow you to customize the ride height as well as the stiffness of the car. This way you can customize the height and dampening to suit your needs.

The PSS9 setup is the hottest thing out that I know of.

Call TC Kline he has a great set-up for the E46 M3. I have it on my car and its great. Koni double adjustables, stiffer springs, adjustable ride height. Also did the rear aluminum lower control arms in order to get negative camber in the back.
