Definately not "too fast". There is such a thing as too fast for the street. That number in a relatively normal E36 weight-wise will come at around the 1000hp to the wheels mark. It has a ground up built 3.2L M3 motor (AA said the build is good for 600hp), AP Brakes, hell, about every thing on the car has been upgraded. Even has Vaders in it. I think it has about 10k miles on the motor. They guy he bought it from had reciepts for about $40,000. My friend is supposed to be putting a list together, but he hasn't done so yet.
