It took an enormous amount of self control not to pass you on that road... :D

It's funny that I didn't look at my front end closer on Saturday night, but I was only worried about the right rear wheel/suspension. However, I noticed a chip on the driver's side mirror on Sunday morning, and then I had a flashback of the sound of all that gravel pinging off my car, so I took a closer look. None of the chips are really big, but it is sad because I only had one little chip before Saturday, and now I have 30-40. :(

sorry to hear about the damage...I heard so many stories about you and your car...it was crazy. Everything ranging from getting carjacked to getting lost...I didn't know what to believe.

Wow, I was carjacked, too? Cool! Nope, nothing really happened to the car, other than the chips. I was following John onto 85 and he made a last second lane change at the split between 85 and the access road and he hit the gravel, etc. and I drove a little deeper into the bad stuff and hit a hole with my right rear. I slowed down to make sure everything felt okay and lost sight of him.

Reminds me of the time my dad was agressively following some lame-o sedan on 75. The guy in front had enough time to get out of the way, but my dad didn't and, in fact, didn't even realize what was going on until he ran over a massive chunk of tire. Totally messed up his front bumper.

Edit: I've got a mean recipe for Pumpkin Pie, though I'm sure no one will want any come Friday.

I stayed home today!!!!! However, I am indeed "working" from home...
