I began to tear apart my beloved E32 this weekend to repair the transmission issue that I have let go on for too damn long. I ordered all the parts from Erickson (sp?) last week and they should be in today or tomorrow.
I would really like to thank Gerald Potter, whoever you are, for your kick-ass write up that I found on the internet. I would not have been able to do this, nor would I have had the confidence to even begin the job without this informative write up. For those who haven't seen it: apparently i can't post URL's, so find it in google. If you are even considering doing the rebuild yourself, read that page!
Okay, on to the pics!!!!!!!!
First, I decided to get the car up and level before even taking anything apart, to help facilitate the fluid replacement process when the time comes. I drove the fronts up on ramps, measured the height and fabricated some super custom, ultra high-tech rear platrforms.
okay, apparently I can't post pics either, so that concludes my post!
