Hello all,

I have the motorola carkit option in my new M3. Why isn't the caller-id displayed when somebody calls me?? It's not because they block their number. It does it with everybody who calls me, it rings and on my display it says just "phone". As if I don't know what is ringing...damn I don't have NAV, only business radio, Harmon Kardon and the Cell phone car kit option to use with the steering wheel. The phone I use is a motorola V50.

Can anybody help me with this problem please??

its a problem with your service provider...you have to call them and ask them to activate caller id...i had the same problem with my regular cellphone...i had the service but it just wasn't activated...just call and ask to be activated!
