In the center of that knob is a thin plastic cover. You have to pry that cover off and it should be a phillips head screw holding it on.

Actually, there's a small hole on the back of the knob, which you are supposed to push a piece of wire through. This is very hard to do, and unless that piece is well lubed, it's easier to pry it off with something sharp and pointed.
