Link doesn't work. What is the name of the company, and wheel model?

Sorry. The company is called Mille Miglia. I've never heard of 'em. But, they make a nice 5 spoke rim, very clean looking, for $200 a pop on tirerack. I'll try to post a working link.

The rims I see on tirerack are really similar to this....

Mille Miglia makes good wheels for the price. Used to be very popular with the MKIV VW guys a few years back.

Knockoff of the RD RGP. Looks good, but they are heavy.

Tirerack says 26lbs a rim which isn't carnage for an 18x8...is it? :help

While I've started this madness, I'll ask you guys about Borbet wheels. These are like $129 a rim on tire rack (17x8) at 23.5 lbs per rim.

You like?

Depends on what you want to compare them against. BBS RK's in 18x8.5" are 17.5lb. I'd say any wheel that comes in over 20lb is too heavy. I went with 17x8.5 RK's on my car because they are only 16.8lb.

I can get the Borbet's pretty cheap on tirerack. I like the deep lip and the spokes.

shoudl it doesnt need to be a big drop just an inch or incha nd a half. i dont have pics of the car wihtt rrims but it looks good and i thought it rode beter over the 15s.
edit: depending on wat clor your car is you may want to take a lok at ssr gt7s in gold. i sawa some and if i had a white car those would be the ones tog et for me. the anthracite looks good to. but they are expensive and i dont know how theyd look on a e34.

cencalballer

cant say oin the offset since i really only stuff about the e39 and some stuff about the e28. but tirerack should tell you. also if you arnet doing everything yourself you can get them directly done a t a local shop most of the time.

i would totally go for the Borbets. how strong are borbets anyways? i have a set of TypeH for winter use but they are 16's with soft sidewall so it can take a lot fo abuse but not exactly something i would like to roll around in during the summer.

The stock offsets for your vehicle are 20mm with an 8" wide rim and 22mm with a 9" wide rim. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure that the +13 will work, but always best to check with the tech guys at tirerack. If that's what they're telling you, just make sure that they have a good return policy... especially since you'll probably have them put tires on there...

Yeah. They say that these rims will fit, so I assume they know what they are talking about. I should probably check first, though.

The Mille Miglias are ok. I have the first generation of that rim. (Thicker Spokes more "lip".) The new ones I'm not such a fan of.

The Borbets will not have that much of a lip in E34 fitment. But they look good.

The Mille's look good on your car. What do you mean that the Borbets will not have much of a lip?

Oh. The pic of these wheels makes the lip look pretty big.
