hey guys i have a 97 m3 that had HK. i just replaced the 5.1/4 and the tweeter with polk momo's and i'm getting feedback from right tweeter as my engine RPM's increase. anyone ever hear of this happening? any help would be appreciated

First off, it's not "feedback".

secondly, does it occur when your HU is OFF?

If so, it's the crossover box that came with the speakers being too close to a power wire or harness and the coil inside on the circuit board is picking up electromagnetic interference out of the air.

It needs to be moved.

nope, the noise stops when i turn off the HU

In that case I suspect a shorted speaker wire.

Was a new amp installed?

If you balance to the other side do you hear anything?

At any rate it should be under insall warranty... get it checked out.
