couple of questions,

I need to get my car inspected and know it's gonna fail bc the muffler is dying,
can anyone recommend a good place to get this fixxed and inspected?

also i'm wondering do i have to get the bmw reinspected? i can't imagine it failing being only 13 months old...

Don't do it in Columbia. If it's broken, they'll break it more. If it isn't broken, they'll break it. Head to Laurel or Elkridge. No kidding, something very odd is up with MD inspections in the 2104*.
