I own a shop in St. Cloud, MN. (Evolution Street and Performance Inc.) I really want to buy a new chassis dyno but I'm not sure there is enough demand in this area to justify making a $40K purchase. What do you think? Would anybody out there be interested in dyno time for tuning or bragging rights?:buttrock Or is there too many in the TC area to compete with?:shifty

if you buy it, they will come. I wish there were a dyno closer to where I live. People will find out, they will want to use it. you have no idea how many race cars will want to show up to tune there. Make sure you get a wideband hookup with it.

St. Cloud is about 75 minutes NW of the TC metro on I 94. Its not a bad place to be :alright
I would be interested for my car and truck, mostly truck if you do tuning,

Tuning is made so much easier, and more accurate with a dyno. Without one I can get the vehicle pretty close but lets be honest pretty close isn't perfect and there is a lot of trial/error. Its a big step and a huge investment to buy a dyno but I think I can make it happen without going chapter 13.

What dyno were you looking to get? What cars are you planning to tune? Using which software?

I am on the southeastern Twin Cities and I think that would be too far for me to drive to dyno my car, so, sorry. It would be like 90 minutes at the minimum..unless I downshifted 30 times and engaged my naws, that is... :shifty
