I have a set of mounts to move your bumper right up to the sheetmetal... these are not compressed shocks, they are fabricated adjustable mounts that replace your shocks entirely and can move the bumper farther back than compressed shocks allow.

Damn i would jump on that but I'm almost certain that would toss me out of stock class for SCCA auto-x which is what I plan to do with my 79....something about losing weight in the nose and not stock mounts....

I was just going to compress the shocks figuring that wouldn't toss me out of H stock...

I installed a set of Ken's bumper tuck mounts. Easy install, nice construction and they look great.
