Last autox I ran against a Viper it kicked my behind.
Yesterday, it was redemption.
I was a fraction of a second faster, but at least I beat him. What a nice feeling.
I still can't beat that damn green Vette Z06, but I am getting close, almos two seconds:(
I got second place anyways, and that was awesome.
I guess it's very difficult to beat the vettes in ASP.
Should I move to SM2?

That's a tougher class but it depends on who/what car is in the class.
Don't run from your fears Luke!

those same vettes can run in sm2.
Its hardly a victory to just run away to an easier class =)
But there is no shame in losing to the fastest production autox car in existance.

Considering I was runnning with Danny Popp in his Z06, I just went ahead and added cams and went to SM2 and was winning the class, because their was no one to Danny's caliber in SM2 in that region.
Now, I'm in Florida and still will be in SM2, but can't wait to see what the class lineup looks like.
There is another vette in SM2, but the driver is more experienced than the one in ASP. I don't know.
I should work in engine upgrades now.
