As I was exiting the Elm parking garage at 10:25, I see a 2000+ Blue Aston Martin DB7 Vantage convertible heading west on Boyd. I was behind this new F150 at the Elm/Boyd light, and when the light turned green, the F150 fucking hauled ass trying to catch the DB7. Naturally I did the same. We both then followed it until it turned south on Berry. Some old guy was driving it. Damn it looked nice.

Thinking that was fucking righteous, driving west 10 minutes later on the Robinson bridge, I see a flat red wedge coming down the bridge going east. NSX? Nope....holy shit....a mid-90's Red Lambo Diablo VT. DAMN that thing is low and wide. So menacing looking.

So...this morning was rather interesting. Have any of you guys seen either of these cars? Before this, the coolest car in Norman that I'd seen was a gray SL65. Thinking of the Diablo, I almost didn't pay attention to the gray 996 Carrera turning into the Robinson/I35 7-11.

Yeah I see that like every day. Did I walk behind you today out from the Elm garage? It was about 2:30. I was going to say hi and tell you about the Diablo but I wasn't sure if it was you or not.

I know the owner of the Aston Martin. My dad built his house. I got to sit in it but he wouldn't let me drive it. That thing is badass. Too bad the owner will never drive it to it's potential.

Look for the car in my sig in Norman this weekend. I'll be in town for the game.

How many of you live in Norman? I will possibly be moving there for Law School in September if I dont get into UT-Austin. It is my second choice at the moment.

Does Norman suck to live in or is there stuff to do? Also, are there good looking girls at OU? :evil2

Also, how is the BMW scene there?

I grew up there, got my undergrad in 95 and move to Austin. Can't really speak about the scene though since it's been 10 years. It was fun while I was in school but got the hell out after that.

Cops suck.

Game day rocks.

I remember a few years ago I saw a silver DB7 in Norman WITH GHOST FLAMES ON IT. I don't know what they were thinking with the paint job. Aston Martins don't need any type of flame paintjob.

Where are you seeing these Lamborghinis? I have never seen a lamborghini driving on the street in my entire life. A few ferraris but never a Lamborghini.

Norman is great and you got OKC so its not bad at all. hell im never bored. and personally OU Girls = Texas Girls (that i have seen at OU/TX) = HOTT.

BMW scene wise there are quite a few of us BMWMOFOs around the OKC area. we all chill once a week but we have state wide meets once a month. you know how we do.

There was supposed to be a Lambo museum in Norman. It never opened to the public though. I went to high school with his daughter (hottie). Her dad would pick her up from school every now and then in a lambo (different car each time), the car would be surrounded by 40-50 people.

Here's a link, bottom of the page.

I've seen the Aston Martin around, and the viper, but I dont think I've seen the diablo...I took a pic of the aston martin with my camera phone last week. I'd post it but my picture hosting site is down today for maintenance so as soon as its back up I'll post.

Yeah...no shortage of hot girls here dude. Everytime i visit my family in Colorado my cousins talk about how lucky I am 'cause Oklahoma girls are hot. At least we're known for SOMETHING positive!

sounds shady to me.:confusedHe was fine one day and flu like symptoms the next and into the hospital and dead not long after. Investigation looked into ricin and anthrax posioning, but no conclusions. There are a few mysterious deaths surrounding the Clintons (Ron Brown, Vince Foster and Nicole Simpson), this is just one of the un-noticed ones......http://www.meadowsforcongress.com/acom/conmain.html (links down left side).

Yes that's the car!

In 1997 I was only 10 and not knowledgable enough to know about that Lambo Museum. That's crazy though. I'm surprised that something like that could happen in Norman. Does anybody know where in Norman the museum was going to be built?

Dolemite

I thought the museum was out there by Norris Marine and Bart Connors Gymnastics place, not exactly sure though.

Thanks, the only permanent blacked out part is the grill. I just happened to be using black duct tape that weekend at the track to cover up the glass. I usually use blue painters tape since it's easier to cleanup but tends to fall off when it gets wet. It was raining part of that weekend.
