not quite sure on amount, but if i had to guess i'd say it uses 1/2 qt every 1500 miles - no smoke from exhaust at all

I don't know how it happened (could have been there before I bought the car, but just something I thought I noticed the other day), but it is barely noticeable, I debated whether or not to put it in the details, but I figured full discloser is better than any suprises. My wife drives the car also, and she can't feal the lean at all.

It is the seat frame that is bent, not the car frame correct?

Correct, definitely not an issue with the car frame or floor boards... it's only the seat back... when you push on it, it feels like it (seatback only) leans a hair to the inside, sitting normally while driving the car you don't notice it at all.

Also, FYI I drove this car most of the way home from Florida with James and I don't even remember the seat feeling bent like that. I know that just about every BMW I've had (6 so far) the seat leans a little to the inside just from the way people sit. Definately would not be a deal breaker for me, the car runs very strong and is a blast to drive.
