For you TII register readers, we have a new part of the site opened up which is the beginning of what I believe will be a really cool thing - we are republishing some of the newsletter articles from the TII Register Newsletter that spans about 20 years.

Some of the information has never been published anywhere before. Much of it is relevant to all 2002 owners. Feel free to read the first installment, which covers how to increase the fuel capacity of a 2002tii by using the gas tank from a early six cylinder model.

Anyway I have been quietly digitizing all the newsletters from their raw paper format for this conversion. Hope there is some benefit to you all.

I should have 1-2 articles a month to post for some time based on what we have.

Keith, is that Stella's 'enlarged' fuel tank in the article? Which series is the tank from 3.0 or an E12? I would love the bigger capacity on the long trips. I just did the POR-15 tank seal on mine to get rid of the fumes, worked a treat but a bigger tank would be great. Great work on the rest of the site too. Beaner7102

Beaner, my tank photo is only there for reference photo. I got hold of the article long after (unfortunately) I got the information.

I think the first 5s (E12) has the right tank, but I've not had a chance to look. There is only one in my boneyard and it's hit in the rear.

The best thing to do would be to measure yours and head out to the yard to see what you can find.
