You can only slow down as fast as the tire keeps spinning and that is determined by the stick of the tire. I am thinking you are trying to figure out if Euro floating rotors are worth the money on an E36 or E46? The answer is not usually. Effervescent 11-01-2005, 10:18 PM Floaters are 1 lbs lighter and resist transfering heat to the hubs during prolonged heavy breaking. That's about it. Don't expect to stop an inch shorter.
