This has been proposed on a Bimmer.info just today. But it seems like a great idea. The deal is: to make teams across USA to do a smple task: have 50 teams, each with a certain amount of team members and offset a budget for each so we are on the same level (no ultra expensive twin super turbo charger kits) Basic stuff, all we can do with say a Few thousand $$$, one thusand - we will have yet to determine that later, depending on a number of members of the team and so on.
