i decided not to repair my car after the accident.
so i took the insurance money instead.
i will be selling my car in the near future "as is".
it's a '94 325is 5-spd.
maritius-blau with dove gray interior.
96k miles.

the engine runs very strong still.
it was rear-ended (low speed collision).
the door has a dent from being backed in to.
the interior is pretty decent for a '94.

$2000 obo.

would make a good track/project car.
if anyone is interested..
i can take some pics.
and notify you once the car goes on sale.
(pending purchase of new car).
thanks.

Might be interested, but I have to get clearance from the CFO.:)

Is it still somewhat drivable or tow away only?

only engine mod is a benfer intake.
suspension mods will most likely be going into my next car.

Good deal! Someone is going to be very lucky!
95dinan3, I think the strategy here is to buy it and the then explain it to the CFO after the fact! :lol

the a/c is still cold.
i recharged it last year.

other known issues:

1) seats do not recline.
they do move forward/backward & up/down.

2) ceiling is sagging.

3) there is a squeeling noise coming from the engine.
bme attempted to fix this about four or five times.
it keeps coming back :dunno
the engine runs perfect, otherwise.

4) drivers side window doesn't roll down.
i think i can fix this myself before the car goes on sale.

that $1820 will be hard to beat.
so $1k is out of the question.

Is the title clear or was it total from the insurance company?

fffreshkope
11-08-2005, 04:50 AM
it wasn't a total.
i'm just taking this as an opportunity to buy something else.
:)
