I just found some paper work on my car and as I suspected it has a cam, the paperwork doesnt list a brand but says its a 300 degree (over) How much does this change the way I adjust my valves. Will it make a big difference? Any help greatly appreciated as usual

It shouldnt change the way you adjust your valves at all. You just have to make sure that the valves you are adjusting, that that cylinder is at TDC the valves are closed.

what else do you want to know? in a proper set up the motor with that cam can make 170hp. but we need to know your pistions and intake. With 300 cam you will probably need to rev to about 7500 rpm. Make sure you have dual springs before doing that or you will break your rocker arms.
