Eds: A tourist boat being used for filming in the Marina del Rey area
tonight is apparently drawing attention because of the use of pyrotechnics and
smoke, which can be seen from Quarterdeck Street and Speedway, Deputy Al
Guerrero of the Marina del Rey Sheriff's Station says. A patrol boat is
investigating, Guerrero says.
