TURDUCKEN MEAT 2005! Who is in? Here is the LINK (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=276205&highlight=turducken) to the last, failed discussion.
For those who don' know what a Turducken is, here is Chef Paul Prudhomme's Recipe (though ours will for sure be bought already de-boned and stuffed )

Of course, it doesn't have to be at my place in Philly, BUT since it's in the city, we can go out and hit up the bars after we're done stuffing our faces :)

Thats an incredible offer Mike! I vaguely remember being at ur house, seeing your nice fleet of cars :) that was back in the day.

You could go one step further and stuff a stuffed deboned quail into the chicken and make a Turduckenail....
We should figure out how to deepfry this sucker instead of putting it into the oven..

i'm on it. my dad has always wanted to deep fry a turkey for thanksgiving, so if i encourage him, we can get him to pick it up and we will use it :D

Word. Dude, my parents have an industrial deepfrier in the basement. We haven't used it since when we lived in Texas for crawfish...
I'll have you pick it up from my folks when this goes down. :D
wludavid 10-09-2005, 09:10 PM Count me in. I'm pretty sure I can make either of those dates. However, I wonder how much fun we can have in the city after eating lots turkey. More likely everyone will pass out on the floor watching football.
I'm down for this as well. I'd offer up my place (also in center city), but its not nearly as large as Chris or Mikes.

I was taking classes all Summer (Physics, WORST subject ever), and I've barely been in the D.C. area. But I'll be back for Thanksgiving and Winter break, so we definitely gotta hang out. We'll call up Branko and some of the other people too.
