M-Theory 10-08-2005, 11:10 AM My wallet is starting to fall apart. It went through the wash and a hole was created in it. So, GLENN, I need a new wallet. What is an acceptable wallet for a man in the Phildelphia area? Obviously this is not acceptable:

So, suggestions are being considered.
I can't wait to see how this goes.
But Chris,
Plain
Black
Leather
That's all you need.
You can spend 10 bucks or 100 or more. It doesnt matter.

Brian 22 10-08-2005, 03:38 PM wallets are over rated .........get a rubber band or a really big paper clip

Is Brown acceptable Glenn?
JoeyG 10-08-2005, 08:43 PM Were you at the meet with the kid with the e46 m vert? Wallet crisis.
As for me, my dad gave me his leather ferrari wallet thats like 20 years old. Its awesome. I think brown is fine... right?
funfgang 10-08-2005, 09:31 PM Joey G...

You mean the meet I co-ordinated, but did not attend. No, I was not.

Yes, he does.
VRRHEUM 10-09-2005, 03:39 AM I made a wallet out of a shammy cloth - it was the best wallet that I ever had

vrsixer 10-09-2005, 03:43 AM Coach's are nice. But a little over-priced I think. I got a good triple-fold black-leather from BrookStone.

sKunkman 10-09-2005, 12:55 PM Tri-fold is the way to go. I need go get a leather, my velcro is not very "baller"
M-Theory 10-09-2005, 03:48 PM I think I prefer bi-fold...
Glenn, I'm hurting here, I ask the master for advice...and nothing happens.
Glenn95 10-10-2005, 10:41 AM Wow! Just saw it now though.
I prefer black wallets, but I usually wear black belt/black shoes. I think Brown is fine if you tend to wear more brown.
If you have the cash, go for a nice name brand, they tend to last longer.
Here's what I like, simply:

FastrTHNu 10-10-2005, 11:14 AM Me -> Polo, Black Leather, single fold...
Had this thing for like 6 years and still looks very nice.
$98.00 in KOP mall somewhere.
Very plain and just has a small Polo Logo stamped into the leather on the lower right hand side. (you hardly even notice it)
