So i got pulled over while im still under 6 months of probation from just getting my license and well the way it looks is, if i dont have a lawyer ill prob get it taken away 100%. I have my lawyer but he isnt a traffic lawyer so i dont really know waht to do? What are your rates etc, and is there a chance itll get lowered and insurance wont go up. I was doing 53mph in a 30mph zone at 9:17pm on 10/1/05. Court is 11/15/05.
