what color is your e21? i wanna get a color that isnt around very much... either uber white or this cool blue.

my white rusty bondoed beater was originally pastal blau aka pastell blue. I like that color, and if my wife allows me to keep the white e-21 after I get the copper colored one running it may someday be pastell blau again...

my parts car is some kind of funky green metalic paint that isn't on the paint color website I refer too at times....that is definatly a unique color (Unique as in different don't know how common it is)...I went out and looked the paint code tag says Auβenlackierung-BMW ResedagrÜn metalic apparently it's light green metalic, looks pretty nice on the parts car under the 6 inches of dirt.....

My car, never had a factory sunroof, and aftermarket a leaky glass one was installed.
It wrecked the look of the car, and I hated it.
I also did not like the chrome 2002 style mirrors.

I got rid of it, by cutting a roof off a 320i and taking the sunroof and tracks.
I then brought over a roof skin from germany that had the provison for a sunroof.
This was welded in..so
At first glance at my 323i and it appears to be a later model with Factory correct roof.

So..I dont have those tube because my car never came with them.
And BMW does not sell them anymore.

I find it very hard to believe that a generic size tube is not to be found anywhere. What is the measurement of the drain spouts? I'll find you some damn tubing so you can get your car on the road.

I believe they are 5/8 diameter. They are strange, due to the fact its a hard rubber hose. I have tried clear hose, fuel hoses. Adap, autozone, Lowes, Home Depot and plumbing suppy houses in the area. I dont like the clear hose that they have, and BMW lists this as NLA.

But I think the easiest thing to do is to have them salvaged off a wrecked 320i, so thats the route I am going now.

Well I have 4 BMWs and a Honda CRV now....the wife says I can't keep them all we can only fit 4 cars in the driveway and only 1 maybe 2 cars in the garage if I move all the crap out of it.

So the parts car is a given it won't stay so that leaves 3 BMWs. My wife won't drive any of them, so that leaves me as a driver. and she says I can't drive all 3. so the new e-21 (the copper colored one) is going to be my auto-x car eventually and the white car with the whole left side of bondo and the auto tranny that needs to be rebuilt will probably end up parted out.....at least i'll have a spare 2.0 L M10 to rebuild or keep n hand or something...

Was Safari Beige, currently ICI primer grey, but the hood, doors, trunk, gas door, valance, and sunroof are all now Zinnoberrot. Zinno is an E30, E24, E28 colour.
