Hey guys,

I just racked up my e30 to verify the front spring diameters and rates and found the following on the side of the spring: 150.64.53. I think they are 350# springs (bought them used on ebay a few months back), but I'm not sure, as the numbers on the spring aren't in the same format as what I have on my rear springs (500.225.0650), which were recently replaced.

Can anyone help me out, as I'm looking to purchase a replacement pair of 6" 2.5" ID 550# springs for the front and wanted to make sure everything was kosher before I pay for them.

TIA! :wave

64mm~=2.5"
I get about 300lbs. for a 53Nm spring.

Heh!

I didn't realize it was in mm and Nm...so the conversion would be 6" 2.5" ID, 300lb. spring, right?

If so, I'm golden! :D

Any time I see really odd numbers in metric, I immediately wonder if they're a conversion from Imperial.
