Errr... come again? :confused

Hey, I just ordered the Black leather and Orange stitch in both the shift boot and e-brake boot...the e-break boot is fine but I am very dissapointed in the shift boot.

In all of the other pictures shown, the stitching is two or more locations (either the front and back, or going out to all 4 corners). The shift boot Redline made for my car is just one piece of leather cut around and only stitched together in one spot, the very front. In ordering the shift boot, the option of how many different stitch locations you wanted was never specified...all that was specified was the type of car. The stock M3 had 4 stitchings going one to each corner, and I dont know if the one seam line will look as good as all four would have.

Who should I contact to get this worked out, because from advertising...I expected 4 seam lines but I only got 1???

Actually all the E46 boots by default have just the one row of thread (and it's the very back of the boot, towards the driver, not towards the radio as you suggested). Check out our E46 page below:

Last but not least, this pic. May appear simple. But those of you who know cars can tell that the no automatic Camaros had a shift boot from the factory, you could see those moving plastic shards around the shift lever. So our shift boot is a completely unique product. Note that those cars had no ebrake boot either - just an ugly metal lever visible under that ebrake handle!

Actually, so was I. The center console (shift boot, brake boot, armrest cover) does get a break in the sun pretty often - depending on which way you park the car. In Texas I imagine the dash barely ever gets any shade. I'd guess 4 months on the dash would be like 2 years in the cockpit of the car. Unless you drive a convertible and the top is always down, of course. :)
