View Full Version : Uh, yeah BMW Gummi Pflege? Where'd it go? BrandonM3 10-01-2005, 01:40 PM A little dissapointed today, called the dealer to make sure they had some for me to pick up... NLA !!!! Some dealers, I have read, are stocking a different product. Wurth also makes a Rubber Care Gel Stick that, based on its description, sounds kinda similar to Gummi-Pflege. You can get it at Autogeek.net, our forum sponsor: http://www.autogeek.net/w8930128.html Steve530 10-02-2005, 08:14 AM Actually, Gummi Pflege is still listed on the Einszett website (http://1z-usa.com/miva?/Merchant2/merchant.mv+Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=ECCS&Category_Code=prv) . The Wurth stuff is supposed to be good, too. jetmech3421 10-02-2005, 08:46 AM Replacement product is called "Carbaflo". It's available at BMW dealers. It's expensive though. $40.00 for 50 grams. Sounds like the price of an drug illegal drug instead of a rubber treatment. I took a chance and bought some. It has worked wonders for lowering the noise in my wife's 328iC. Converts are so flexy, the seals made lots of noise going over bumps. It's much quieter now after applying the Carbaflo. It comes in a white plastic tube about the size of a roll of nickles. It has a nice felt applicator that helps put the product just where you want it. Laxpunk2006 10-02-2005, 12:38 PM [QUOTE=jetmech3421]It's expensive though. $40.00 for 50 grams. QUOTE] I wish drugs were that cheap. donoman 10-08-2005, 05:20 AM that's pretty expensive but i'd give it a try if it made the creaking in my rear seat go away... you think it would work? I wonder what "Carbaflo" is made outta. rmani 10-08-2005, 04:49 PM I think they sell Gummi pfledge at pelican that's where I got mine. Steve530 10-08-2005, 06:05 PM Autogeek doesn't sell Gummi-Pflege, but you can definitely find it for sell with a little searching. |
