I have a complete 325is 1995 without an engine and transmission. SO all you will have to do is swap everything out of M3 into the e36 body and you have yourself an m3 with 30k..
I will sell both cars for $9000 obo there are already bids on ebay so let me know soon if anyone want it......

i would say that the M3 is sold but your in south dakota and i'm in maryland. oh well bump for a nice price
