Hi I am thinking about getting some zymol carbon to put on my car and i saw u needed to use hd cleanse to get all excess wax off are there any other ways of getting it off other than buying a $22 bottle of it? also i have small minor little specs of white from waxing by hand and i cant get them out they are om the front of my hood from little chips i think.. how do i make this go away or is my only option getting it repainted??? ne info would be cool

There are several things you could try to strip the wax. I think I'd try detailing clay first, since the paint would probably benefit from it. You might also try wiping the surface with an isopropyl alcohol and water mixture. Liquid dishwashing soap, like Dawn, might also strip off the wax.

I suspect those little white specs in the chips might be the primer under the color coat, not just wax. If there's not a lot of them, you could try touch-up paint.

ok cool thanks but what detailing clay would you use and i havent seen any around here in the stores do i have to order off internet?

Autozone carries my favorite (because its the cheapest :alright). Claymagic, $10 for a kit and it includes the clay and enough of the spray lubricant (it is necessary) to clay your entire car at least once.

Any brand works fine, I just like to be cheap with this since its a product I am gonig to through away.
