I like the M42 motor, but in a Z3, the 6 cylinder cars are much better imo.

Thanks for the input. They may be ready to negotiate. I do know it is a very slow car, I had a 97 4 cyl. w/auto and could not get rid of it fast enough. I guess the term secretary car is/was very appropriate.

I may have to run out to Makaha and take a look at it. I'm still waiting to hear back from my friend, her initial infatuation may have waned. :(

My take is, he is asking $9500. If it doesn't sell he has to ship it to the mainland and that is $1000. That means he would be willing to sell for $8500. Negotiate while you got him by the balls!

$7500 is a fair price for the car and he must know it by looking at KBB. Heck, I'd offer $6500 or less.
