Hi

I recently managed to drive through a puddle of white paint, don't ask how! Anyway, now the side of my car has white splashes all down its side (the colour of the car is black, not good). The paint is water based but does not come off simply with washing the car. Does anyone know the best way to remove the splashes?

Have just read that claying the car should work. Is this eay to do and is it possible to ruin the original paint finish? also what is the best brand, (bearing in mind i live in the uk)?
