I talked to the guy that built it. It has a custom programed eprom as it is OBDI and was sent to his client in the Dominican Republic.

acosta motorsports is a sick shop in jersey. the car they are most known for is their shop car which is a rx8 with an rx7 motor (13b?) with a t88 on it pushing out 949 rwhp. thing is just sick. i saw it at sema and the thing looks almost stock on the outside then you look in the engine bay and drop your jaw!

shadowchaser, i probably shoulda thought of this earlier but it just occured to me on the walk home from the gym today. i know you are gung hoe about getting some sick FI setup on your car and i just thought of the perfect place. my tuner, junior and larry at hp works in colonial beach, va. are master tuners and fabricators. as a matter of fact, larry's next personal project is pulling the m70 v12 from his daily driver, frabricating two custom equal length manifolds and twin turboing the beast then sticking it in a 1947 packard! if you are interested at all or want to give these guys a call, PM me. they have worked on everything to bmw scca cars to pro mod drag racers.

I would have thought that the HP numbers would have been higher than posted, especiaully with that being 301CHP stock. But maybe they are running low boost.
