Honestly I usually don't like using air tools, too much power. Plus, I'm always conscious about pissin off the roommate, landlords, or neighbors with the noise. I'm trying to clear out my apt. so that it looks less like a garage. I figure I better take care of this place to make it up to my roommate after disturbing his studies with all the previous beatings on the BMW. :devillook

Well I just got home from taking the kids to a play at Fort Shafter, and dropping off the other one at Punahou for a football game at the stadium. Punahou is playing Kamehameha, should be a good game. Then I have to go and pick them up at 10:00...and I am beat, and my hands hurt!!

Hopefully I'll have enough energy to do my brake rotors/pads on my 318!

Well here's what the new rotors look like, and the tools I used to change them. It took about 5 hrs to do everything. Photos, remove brakes, install brakes, lunch, rest to cool off, and wash the wheels.

I just got back from the bedding session, and boy is it difficult to get 10 sets of 60mph - 10mph, let the brakes cool without using them for 15 - 20 minutes, and do 2 more sets of 10s!
I had to put gas when I was done!
