i know this is probably a dumb question. because there are never grossly underpowered bmw(excludind the 318). but how is the pickup on the 3 liter x5.

Preppy 08-04-2002, 11:35 PM It's not that bad actually (quote from my dad) but if you're really into a nice, smooth take-off, the 4.4i is nice...;)...then again, if you want a rocket, the 4.6is is in a league of it's own :eek: The 3.0 isn't as bad as you think it would be and if it is, you can always add on the S/C for it and have it put out similar #'s to the 4.4 :devillook makken 08-08-2002, 01:37 AM well... it's not as good as a 325i... it probably has the worst pickup outta any BMW sold in the US, still, it's pretty decent.
