How much AIO and SG should i buy? 16.9 oz. or 33 oz? I will be detailing 3-4 cars twice a year.

How long will the bottles last?

And LAST question: How does this process sound for a black car with moderate swirling with the occasional bad scratch---

wash
clay
3M FI2
AIO
SG
Gold Class Show and Shine Meguiar's wax

do I need anything more abrasive?

Thanks all

Murad

The SG lasts forever cause you only use a few drops per panel. I get about 2 details with the regular size AIO.

Your process looks good. Follow Davids instructions and you can't go wrong.

thx cosmos..

u think i should mess with souveran wax on a black car?

Do you think AIO has enough swirl removing capabilities?

Thx again

If you haven't used it before, buy the small kit to see how much you like it. I've done 4-5 cars this year with the 16.9 oz bottles and I think I still have about 1/2 left.

The SG may last you a long time but if you apply multiple layers, you can put a quick dent in the bottle.

AIO has no swirl removing power, it is a cleaner. The FI2 handles the swirls and the AIO has just enough grit to clear up the haze left by the FI2.

As to the SG, I apply 3 layers twice a year (I know, I should probably do it more often!). It goes a looong way.

As to a wax, definitely use it. I use P21. I think the SG give a good shine and the wax makes it richer/deeper. It's a black car--it'll look like shit 5 minutes later anyway!

I find that the AIO is what you use up faster and Autogeek has the big bottle for only $5 more than the 16.9 oz. Combine that with the 10% discount and you're skippy.

:eyecrazy

maybe i'm reading this wrong or thinking of a different bottle because if you're only getting 2 details out of the aio, then you're using WAY too much product.

do you have a pic of the bottle size you're using?

about the Souveran...yes you should try it, on black or red it is crazy how sweet it looks.
And the AIO, you should only use about 2oz per vehicle, it is suppose to go on very thin!
