Well folks, I'm taking the plunge today, but I still have a few ???'s on this model:
FACTS
- First of all, it's hot here - I'm in Puerto Rico and the sun really beats up car's paint finishes. That said, the left front fender is faded where it meets the hood.
- Car has ~60K miles
- 6 speed, black inside, the outside color is sort of a rose mixed with grey.
- t-stat, H2O pump, expansion tank replaced.
- no visible leaks.
- I still need to run a carfax but I don't have the vin # on me at this time
1) I tested it on a hot day. The temp gauge was normal, but when I opened the hood to take a peek, it was hot as hell! Kind of like opening up an oven, but 50 times worse. Also, the front left fender was very hot to the touch. What's laying behind there?
2) Selling price is $15,000 obo
