M3Cosmos916 09-16-2005, 03:15 AM Bertines: independent shop 782-4151. very good service. wifeyse46 09-16-2005, 04:19 PM Valley Motorwerks just opened up recently in Rancho Cordova. Supposed to be a good shop. www.vmwerks.com. Of the others, I would highly recommend Lubo's (for factory service stuff, not aftermarket or performance oriented). S & K enjoys a great reputation and they have lots of knowledge, but I've had less than stellar experiences there. YMMV. Lastly, I would also recommend IPB (Independent Porsche and BMW). Good guy. Knows his stuff. ///Madman 09-16-2005, 08:18 PM When I'm not taking my M Roadster all the way down to Bavarian Motorsports in Milpitas, I use Salerno Motorsport in Rocklin. Ben Salerno is a top notch Ferrari, Porsche and BMW mechanic and gives First Class service for reasonable rates. Phone # 916-652-0496. Tell them John Huestis sent you.
