Hi, I recently hit something on the freeway, and I called the dealership to get an aligment, and they told me because I have the sports package on my car that only the dealership can do the aligment because of some special items on my car due to the sports package, and that its going to cost me 550 dollars, compared to the outside people who do aligments for 110-120 dollars, is this what the dealership saying true? that no one can do the algiments besides them?

Usually one of the "outside people" will check (not do) your alignment for free. You could have that done and then ask if there is anything keeping them from actually aligning the car. (I don't have any idea what the dealer means.)
