I just bought a 2001 525i Touring wagon. 4 corners have 235/45 R17. The spare is 225/55 R16.
Problem? The spare had no air. Had my wife put air in it. Now it won't fit in the car. Doesn't do her much good without air and in the car or with air and in the garage.
Anyone know what size the spare is supposed to be? The 225/55 R16 is a listed size combo for the car. However is does seem to be a bigger diameter than the 235/45 R17s on the car.
