They would prolly say its stolen too when I tell them a guy named "Doctor Wha" gave it to me for free.

In addition to speeding they'd bust me for "improper lane usage," "racing to pedestrians," and "failure to signal." After they will have pulled me off they'd hit the back light with their baton and ticket me for having a broken tail-lamp.
