The zkw is the factory replacement/match that you want. The depo is not oem and has the clear glass look vs the frosted/cloudy oem look. And the depo's are sold as a set vs you can order just one oem fog light from bimmerparts.com

That's where I'm ordering mine from. Saving $10 by getting from them. When I bought from them last year it was about $75 shipped for 2, so their prices have gone up, but still a better deal.

I bought some from them 2 yrs ago and it used to be in the low to mid $30's for a fog. I noticed they went up as well. I busted one of my fogs a month ago and bought the depo crystal clears from emotion garage for $75 shipped and man they are AWESOME. I will never go back to the stock fogs. I prefer the clear looking glass over the ZKW's cloudy look. Looks so dated. Look into the depo's man. They are nice looking. I can post pics of mine if you wanna see how it looks when I get home.

I bought mine with lamin-x film, which is like stoneguard from emotion garage. It was an extra charge but not that much, and I think it was cheaper if you bought it all at once from them. The headlights and corners are DEPO's, and I got them from procarparts.com I'm sure the lens have a depo stamp but it's not noticeable.

Car looks great. Didn't know if I liked those corners when I first saw them. However, they really do look good on your car.
