Hey guys,
I am in Ct right now after a long day in the world of vintage racing. I am that in to the whole vintage scene, so luckily BMW brought along there "BMW mobile tradition" motorsport truck, including there 2002 racecar, 320 turbo racecar, e30 m3 racecar, and my favorites the E36 M3 GTR that won in nurburg back in its time, as well as the Mclaren F1 GTR. Also Will Turner and Don Salama showed up with there 325i racecar and took some laps, which was neat. They were also nice enough for pictures and signing of autographs. Lotus also had a truck full of new elises, they are coming out with a refinded version in about 90 days, a fixed hardtop with exterior modifications. There were plenty of vendors, and Carrol Shelby even was signing autographs and getting pictures taken. Hope you enjoy the photo's. Happy Labor Day!

word, the 320 was nuts in person, you could strap multiple cats to that front spoiler. I got a poster of that actual car on the track from a previous event. I spent probly 60% of my time at the BMW motorsport truck, There was so much history (and horsepower) under one tent. The e36 M3 GTR was my favorite, full CF doors, the whole 9 yards, the roll bar went behind the dash a ways even, was amazing. I am heading back to lime rock oct. 29th for a one day driving school, hope to see some of you there!
beautiful track!

I was fortunate enough to get a ride in that McLaren one time around Fontana (Boris Said driving). 170 mph on the oval and Boris was just taking the car around in cruise mode. We made the turn onto pit lane at 132 mph

Awesome car.
