Was there a top (convertable), or was it just a chop? Looks weird!!

Looks like it was just haphazardly sawzalled off. I think there's some sort of pipe welded between the B-pillars to give it some sort of structural integrity, if you can call it that.

So, the rear windows roll up into just the back of the front window pillars? Yeah, I'd say that's a "CHOP" job! :nono :nono

I wonder how bad it creaks around any corner or bump? :eyecrazy

What an interesting visual change... at a quick glance from the back, it looks like a 4-door 560SL.
