Sorry, kind of OT -- but, somewhat related to racing. Is the gas prices going to affect whether you participate in Oktoberfest and/or make the Solo II trip to Topeka, KS???

I am reading in N.C. that they are "halting" and "rationing" gas down there and that some stations do not expect any gas for 7-10 days? This is a little concerning to me if it is true. I am not sure what is truth and what is fiction anymore since there are a whole lot of rumors that fly around. If this is true, will this have any impact on the Oktoberfest festivities?

I feel sorry for you ATL racers ... Hopefully, the pandemonium will die down.

It sounds like the Atlanta situation is going to stabilize...supposedly we are low on gas until the weekend. Gas is hugely expensive at $3 a gallon but if it hovers around there I'm still going to o'fest. I'm rationalizing that because a friend is going with an air conditioned trailer and a grill, I'm going to bunk out overnight.

More than $3 per gallon and I'm definitely not going.

OT as well, but I assume anyone can spectate both days races at VIR? I didn't see anything in Roundel mentioning that. Unfortunately I ain't ready to run yet, but I thought I would cruise the pits...

I figured. I'm still trying to find out how to fit 255 ra1s in the rear and figured looking at 20 IP cars might give me the answer...

Roll the hell out of them and monster negative camber. You still get rubbing but only when you load the suspension.
