This will promote segregation, then the e30 crowd will protest because they don't get the same priviliges as the e36 crowd who are of course in a higher tax bracket.

The e30 crowd will rebell and burn things, then it will be just like it is in NO now. However, when the next hurricane comes, our cars will survive the flood because we have like one computer in there, to the e36's 167,347 and the newer models that have even more. The classics will eventually prevail, rising from the floodwaters like the phoenix. Sure, there's no fire to rise from, but we can make that happen. :pityfool
