I went to Pacific BMW a couple days ago. They have a 10,000 dollar mark up on the m3, want 5000 for deposit. The guy said 3-4 months after my deposit I will receive my car. Is this worth it or should I look around some more?

What city do you live in? I'm about a mile from Pacific BMW. I think you should scour a bit more. Despite the demand, I think a 20%+ markup over MSRP is a bit ridiculous.

Momentum BMW in Houston is advertising a "used" ragtop for $70k. It has like 800 miles. Gouging seems to be fairly uniform. I'm sure there are some dealers with integrity out there, but I can't mention anyone in particular. I've seen a couple in the roundel for $59 - 60.
